I went to see Dr Hicks because of a sore on my arm that was not healing. He did a biopsy on the first visit and when the results came in he took immediate care of the skin cancer. He new exactly what to do, was professional and caring. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a good caring doctor.

The office support was efficient and friendly. I was greeted and taken to an exam room promptly. Dr. Hicks was professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My overall experience was excellent. Would recommend.

I had an issue and my current Dermatologist was booked out 1.5 months. Looked Dr Hicks up and his ratings were great. Secured an appointment in two days. Intake forms were simple, admission to his office was greeted with smiles and was very easy. Dr. Hicks rating on line was way too low in my opinion. He is a warm compassionate Dr. who listened to my concerns and came up with the most practical and economical solutions. A Six star Dr. in my book and would recommend him highly!

Went straight back to a room, changed and Dr. Hicks came right in. He did an exam (routine) and told me he felt I didn't need yearly checks...maybe every few years unless I have a concern. He's not one of the doctors that says come back come back, he gave his honest opinion and each person has to decide to go along with their doctors plan but I feel like he's correct. I feel he's thorough and not eating my time...or his. Very good encounter.

Sincerely enjoyed meeting the staff and Dr. Hicks. He took his time and explained what he was going to do with the lump on my hand. Two weeks later there is no more pain and the lump is gone. Thank you very much.
